WHO SHOULD

Attend a Retreat?

Grief to Grace is for men and women who have experienced abuse or trauma in any form — whether in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood.

This can include physical, sexual, emotional, or mental abuse; spousal or domestic violence; spiritual or clerical abuse; neglect, betrayal, or manipulation.

Many who come to Grief to Grace carry deep wounds that have affected their faith, relationships, or sense of self-worth.
You may still carry shame, fear, anger, or isolation, and though you’ve tried to move forward, the pain of the past still feels close.

This retreat offers a safe place to encounter Christ and invite Him into those wounded places, allowing His mercy and love to transform them and bring lasting healing.

Each person’s story is sacred, and every step is guided with reverence and respect.
